Jeff is President and Founder of Fusion Finance, a boutique corporate finance advisory firm focused on the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.
Prior to founding Fusion Finance, Jeff served as Sr. Director, Finance at CenturyLink, a Fortune 500 telecommunications firm with operations in more than 500 markets in over 60 countries. He oversaw the capital budget for the North America division and was CFO of the Asia Pacific region. Jeff held prior roles at CenturyLink / Level 3 in Voice Product, Strategic Asset Investments, and Corporate Finance & Treasury. Previously, Jeff was President and Founder of Baseline Finance, a corporate finance advisory firm focused on mergers & acquisitions, valuations, and financings. He also served as Manager, Corporate Finance & Treasury at Continental Airlines where he completed $9 billion in financing transactions. Jeff received an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a BA from Washington & Lee University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
